Greetings. I am certified psychologist from Ukraine, practicing for almost 10 years. I can relate to experience and philosophy of Jungian analysis. For many years I have been studying active imagination and the possibilities of transforming a personality through working with an image and a symbol. The second foundation in my work is somatic therapy, which helps a person to learn experience strong feelings and re-build contact with themself as a whole. I use a techniques of Biodynamics, Hakomi, Thai massage. Now I am actively studying psychedelic assisted therapy and want to develop this topic in a legal field.

The methods I use integrate the approaches and techniques of the leading branches of Western body-oriented psychotherapy and the wisdom of Jungian analysis, which is based on the principles of the philosophy of Buddhism and Taoism, especially in such manifestations as gentleness, gentleness, fluidity , compassion, awareness and following nature. things, respect for the wisdom of each process and each individual as a living organic system.

Analitical format of work
Attention is paid to the dialogue in which we study your situation, reveal the personal map of the psyche, get acquainted with subpersonalities, find out where and how internal complexes, disturbing reaction patterns live inside. Also, will try to build the connection of these processes with the bodily component. Here, work with the image is actively used, if possible, we connect active imagination, analysis of dreams, interaction with bodily impulses. Anyway we use the focus on the body, because our task is to develop the ability to interact with the feeling through the aspects of breathing and relaxation/activation in different parts of the body.

Body-oriented part of work
Duration – 1.5 hours We focus on the sphere of contact and the ability to live the state through the bodily aspect. My task is to help you develop and unfold the emotional experience that is found in the body, through its integration, with the help of tools such as free breathing and the relaxation/activation technique. In many cases, such work allows you to weaken the internal control, criticism and those restrictions that have built our psyche in the process of adapting to society. By lowering your control and responding to the specifics of your emotions, you can achieve deep contact with yourself, gradually building new, healthy patterns and structures.
